By creating an account or using WESON you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your country. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity on your account.
WESON is a platform that connects buyers with independent local sellers and service providers. We are not a party to the transactions between users. Prices, product/service quality, availability, fulfilment, delivery and bookings are the sole responsibility of the buyer and the seller. We do not guarantee any listing, seller or transaction.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, for honouring orders and bookings they accept, and for complying with all applicable laws, taxes and regulations.
You agree not to: post illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, harmful, hateful or misleading content; harass, threaten or defraud others; circumvent fees; scrape or disrupt the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of content you post, and grant WESON a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm other users.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WESON is not liable for disputes between users or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Togo. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lomé, Togo.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
