Terms of Service — G.U.T. Executive Workspace

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing G.U.T. Executive Workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. Software License & Usage

Erix Corporation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute G.U.T. Executive Workspace on your personal or business mobile devices and hardware for local operational purposes.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from binary application builds.
• You may not modify, redistribute, sell, or lease the Application without explicit written consent from Erix Corporation.

3. User Data Sovereignty & Backup Responsibility

Because G.U.T. is 100% air-gapped without cloud synchronization servers:

• You are solely responsible for creating local encrypted backups using G.U.T.'s built-in export utilities.
• Erix Corporation does not store, possess, or have technical access to your local database, password vault, or document files.
• Erix Corporation is not liable for data loss resulting from device hardware failure, physical loss, unauthorized device access, or un-exported data wipes.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) AI Workspace Terms

G.U.T. provides an offline-ready AI workspace interface that accepts user-supplied API keys. When using third-party AI model providers, you are bound by their respective terms of service and usage guidelines. You are solely responsible for managing your API usage costs and credential security.

5. Hardware Security & Duress Protections

G.U.T. provides built-in security features including Privacy Shield, Duress Mode, and biometric screen locking. These tools are designed to assist in safeguarding sensitive visual UI elements; however, primary security relies upon your device hardware PIN and operating system security configuration.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

G.U.T. Executive Workspace is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Erix Corporation be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling G.U.T. Executive Workspace and deleting all local application files from your device.
