1. Information Stored on Your Device

G.U.T. Executive Workspace stores all application records locally within your device's secure enclave and encrypted database:

• Business & Financial Suite Data:Invoices, expense ledgers, P&L snapshots, signed e-contract records, inventory SKUs, spreadsheets, mileage drive logs, and client CRM entries.
• Workspace & Productivity Data: Markdown notes, Kanban task boards, agenda calendar events, focus timer session logs, snippet templates, encrypted voice memos, and habit completion streaks.
• Documents & Creative Content: Word processor documents, annotated PDFs, vector canvas drawings, and neural knowledge graph node connections.
• System Utilities & Vault Records: Encrypted password vault credentials, clipboard cards, barcode/QR scan logs, and custom BYOK AI assistant parameters.

2. Zero Cloud Telemetry & Network Privacy

We do not collect background telemetry, analytical metrics, usage logs, device identifiers, or tracking data. G.U.T. functions completely without cloud connectivity, requiring no mandatory user account registration or internet validation.

3. Hardware-Backed Biometrics & Security

Access to G.U.T. and its underlying encrypted storage is secured via native hardware biometric authentication (Fingerprint and Face Unlock). Built-in security mechanisms including Privacy Shield (app switcher auto-blur) and Duress Mode operate on-device to prevent unauthorized visual exposure.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) AI Assistant

When utilizing the built-in AI Assistant feature:

• Your personal API keys are encrypted and saved solely on your device.
• AI queries communicate directly with your selected AI provider endpoints without passing through any Erix Corporation intermediary servers.
• No prompt histories or AI outputs are logged or monitored by Erix Corporation.

5. Data Ownership & Local Encrypted Backups

You maintain 100% data sovereignty. G.U.T. includes a built-in local backup generator allowing you to export password-protected cryptographic snapshots of your workspace directly to offline physical storage or external drives.

6. Data Deletion & Hardware Reset

You can wipe all local databases, credentials, and files at any time directly in G.U.T. (Settings → Database Diagnostics → Wipe All Data) or by clearing application storage on your operating system. 7. Policy Updates
