By creating an account, launching a vendor storefront, or browsing listings on ASIME, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all actions taken under your ASIME profile or vendor account.
ASIME is a mobile-first digital storefront platform enabling hyper-local discovery across Togolese marketplaces. ASIME provides software tools for vendor storefront creation and buyer discovery. Direct transactions, communications (via WhatsApp, phone, or in-app chat), product delivery, and payments occur between buyers and sellers independently.
Sellers and local merchants are solely responsible for ensuring listing accuracy, legal ownership of goods/services, prompt communication, and adherence to consumer safety and pricing guidelines in CFA currency.
Users must not post counterfeit items, illegal products, fraudulent listings, or misleading content; engage in harassment; or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.
You may close your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account or via our Account Deletion portal. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach terms or compromise platform safety.
The ASIME platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASIME and Erix Corporation disclaim all warranties and liability for user-generated transactions or disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Togo. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lomé, Togo.
