ASIME ("we", "us") operates the ASIME mobile application and digital storefront platform, connecting buyers, vendors, and local merchants across Togo ("In the Market"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle and protect it.
We use your information to operate and personalize the ASIME platform; display hyper-local marketplace listings (Region → City → Marketplace); facilitate direct buyer-vendor connections via messaging, phone, or WhatsApp; enable vendors to manage storefronts; detect and prevent fraud or spam; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We retain your personal data for as long as your ASIME account or vendor storefront remains active, or as required to fulfill legal and accounting standards.
You can access, edit, or remove your storefront listings and profile details at any time in the app. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or request deletion via our web page at Asime Account Deletion Request Page. You can also contact us by email to exercise any of your data rights.
We implement modern cryptographic and administrative safeguards to protect user and vendor data. While no system can guarantee 100% security, we continuously monitor and upgrade our infrastructure.
ASIME is not directed toward individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
